Researchers are on the affirmative that vegetables and fruits contain high level of carotenoids. Carotenoids come from carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, kale, papaya, tomatoes and others. Another source of carotenoids is the cruciferous vegetables. Foodstuffs rich in these include; cauliflower, cabbage, cress, OK coy, broccoli, and much more. Vegetables are known to contain antioxidant elements as well. Foods or fruits rich in antioxidants include the following; Blueberries, blackberries, green tea, garlic, and much more.
